· For beginning runners - no experience necessary
· Start by learning to walk short distances, then adjust to running
· Low-impact, low-intensity training in a supportive group setting
· Training for all pace groups and abilities
· Train for a Spring 5K, followed by greater distances in the Summer, or just continued life-long fitness
· A great introduction to running, for those contemplating a Summer/Fall marathon or half marathon training program
· No fund-raising required -- this training program is for your benefit
You can use this program to train for any of spring race
or just to get in shape, rehab from injury, or to enjoy the camaraderie of other runners!
Program Cost (17 weeks of
