        on NBC-4 TV's Health and Fitness Expo - Walking Track
        Directions: From Constitution Avenue (US-50), turn left at 7th Street NW to Mount Vernon Square. Park on street. Enter building and expo and look for Walking Track. Admission is free.

  • Other workouts: Saturdays, January 19 to April 26, 9:00 am, at Lady Bird Johnson Park, Columbia Island Marina Parking Lot
        Directions: From George Washington Memorial Parkway southbound, turn right into Columbia Island Marina parking lot. Parking is free.
        Directions: From Pentagon Mall (east) Parking Lot, cross footbridge to Columbia Island Marina. Parking is free.

    ·  Start by learning to walk short distances, then adjust to running

    ·  Low-impact, low-intensity training in a supportive group setting

    ·  Training for all pace groups and abilities

    ·  Train for a spring 5K or 10K, or as prep for a summer marathon training program

      ·  No fund-raising required -- this training program is for your benefit

    Program Cost (14-17 weeks of training):
