  • This weekend's workout:
  • This Saturday, February 21, at 9 AM, we meet at parking lot next to Vienna's old train station. Take Maple Avenue (Rte. 123). Turn NW on Center Street and NE on Ayr Hill Avenue.
  • Beginners are scheduled for 11 miles.
  • Intermediate runners are scheduled for 12 miles.
  • Advanced runners are scheduled for 13 miles.

  • After the run, we will meet at Whole Foods of Vienna for breakfast.
  • If your friends want to join us, please invite them -- every Saturday is a good day for a runner new to the program.

  • Congratulations to teammate Julia Karpov! She ran 1:52:08 (net time) at ING Miami Half Marathon, good for 1515th overall, 367th among women, and 75th in her age group. Good going, Julia!
