MCC will host our Saturday, April 2nd Winter Training Program on the Capital Crescent Trail starting in Bethesda, MD. The run starts at 8 AM SHARP!
Distances: The scheduled mileage is:
Cherry Blossom Race Weekend! – Good Luck Runners
8 miles - GW Parkway 10
9 miles - Half Marathoners
12 miles for Marathoners

Don't do anything on race day you haven't tried on a training run before. Wear the same clothes (not the nice shirt in the goodie bag) and eat the same thing you have every Saturday morning. Good luck!
