Race Day Information
Runners should arrive at the starting line area one hour before the start of their race to ensure sufficient time to use the restroom, drop their bag and arrive at the starting line. Restrooms are available both in the USPTO atrium and porta-johns will be available near the start/finish. A coffee & juice bar will be open in the USPTO for runners and spectators starting at 6AM.
Aid Stations
We offer aid stations with water, sports beverage at the start/finish and at each aid station. Please wear your bib number visibly and firmly in the front of your shirt. Please do not remove the tear-off tag until after the race. MCC's charity partners staff the aid stations to personally THANK our runners.
Use of Headphones
Please, no headphones. Our course marshals and other runners or trail users passing you need to be able to communicate with you. Please be aware that the trail is open to other users – cyclists, runners, baby strollers – and please be courteous to all users. Please always stay to the right except at the turnarounds, where you circle the cone to the left.
